Junior People Consultant for Cepheo People Team
Are you studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration and HRM, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication, Labour Law or a related field and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a Nordic HR team? At Cepheo, we are looking for a motivated and curious Junior People Consultant to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity to put your HR knowledge into practice while gaining exposure to both operational and strategic HR activities in the Nordics and Poland. You will become part of a collaborative and ambitious People Team that works closely with leaders and employees across the organization. From supporting daily HR operations to contributing to strategic projects, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your professional skills.
Please note that this is a temporary, hourly-paid position as a one-year parental leave cover. There may be an opportunity for an extension depending on business needs and performance.

Your role
As our new Junior People Consultant, you will support a broad range of HR activities and gain valuable insight into how People & Culture contributes to business success in a growing Nordic organization. For this role, you can work from either our Copenhagen or Oslo office and you'll have colleagues from the People Team in both locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and ad hoc People-related tasks across the business in close collaboration with your team consisting of three People Business Partners, one Talent Acquisition Manager and our People Director.
Taking ownership of the coordination and execution of activities related to our Graduate Program for 2027, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for graduates and stakeholders.
Supporting recruitment activities such as candidate coordination and employer branding initiatives.
Assisting with the planning and execution of annual People processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, talent initiatives, and development activities.
Managing people data, reporting, and analysis, while driving your own projects and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
Who are you?
We imagine that you:
Are currently pursuing a Master's degree within Human Resource Management, Business Administration and HRM, Organizational Development, Psychology, communication, labour law or a related field
Are on your 1st or 2nd year on your Master’s Degree (or have graduated this year and are eager to join us on a part time basis)
Are interested in both operational and strategic HR
Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work
Have an interest in driving efficiency and continuous improvement in HR processes and ways of working
Take initiative and enjoy working independently
Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage
