As part of this journey, we are now looking for a commercial leader who will play a central role in shaping and driving our continued growth, market presence, and customer impact in Norway.
What you will do
Lead and develop Cepheo Norway’s sales and business development function
Define and execute Cepheo Norway’s go-to-market strategy aligned with Nordic priorities and Microsoft growth initiatives
Drive industry-focused growth plans across Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Defence, Aquaculture, and Professional Services
Build a strong and predictable pipeline across new and existing customers
Actively contribute to strategic sales processes and key customer engagements
Strengthen strategic collaboration with Microsoft and other key ecosystem partners
Ensure close collaboration between sales, marketing, and delivery
What you bring
Proven experience from commercial leadership roles with responsibility for growth and revenue
Strong track record within enterprise or consultative sales environments
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with C-level
Experience from complex customer environments with multiple decision-makers
Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required
Experience from ERP, consulting, digital transformation, or the Microsoft ecosystem is an advantage.

Practical information
The role can be based in Oslo, Sandefjord, Stavanger or Bergen, with some travel required.
