About the role:
Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving customer success in the Microsoft ecosystem? Do you possess the strategic vision and consultative expertise to guide organizations through complex transformations and ensure the long-term health and Evergreen optimization of their critical systems?
We are seeking a Strategic Customer Value Advisor professional with over 10 years of experience in selling ERP and service solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong advisory skills and a proven track record in the market. This role focuses on assisting customers in successfully implementing and operating their cloud solutions, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with major Nordic customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Value Realization: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer investment through optimized solution adoption and Evergreen service delivery.
- Solution Implementation: Guide customers through the process of going live with their solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance.
- Operational Excellence: Provide robust services to maintain and enhance customer solutions in operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for both Cepheo and our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, recognizing that teamwork is crucial for success.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in selling ERP and service solutions (10+ years).
- Strong advisory skills with a focus on customer value.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and contract negotiations.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork.
As the role is a Nordic role you can be positioned anywhere across the Nordics and should expect some travelling.
