Manager Quality and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality, and Compliance Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, quality, and compliance of customer IT projects. You will develop, implement, and manage systems and processes that safeguard assets, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, ensure project success, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Your role will involve coordinating with IT and Operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with security protocols, quality benchmarks, and industry regulations. You will support audits, and participate in the development of training initiatives to elevate organizational awareness to our compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Security Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security procedures and controls tailored to project delivery ensuring alignment with overall policies.
- Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats in customer IT projects.
- Implementing security measures to protect the projects assets, including data, networks, and physical infrastructure.
- Ensure customer projects comply with relevant security standards and regulations, such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR and NIS2.
- Coordinating with IT, the Security Board, and other departments to ensure robust cybersecurity practices in customer projects
Quality Management:
- Establishing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
- Training staff on quality standards and best practices.
Compliance Management:
- Ensuring that the delivery complies with internal policies and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may affect the projects delivered to our customers and SOC 2 in cooperation with the Security Board
- Conducting compliance audits and investigations to identify and address non-compliance issues in customer projects
- Reporting customer project compliance status to Security Board.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Working with various departments, including IT, HR, Operations, delivery and Legal, to ensure quality strategies.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to promote a culture of security, quality, and compliance within the customer projects.
Incident Management and Response:
- Leading the response to security incidents, quality control failures, or compliance breaches in our customer projects
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks in customer projects.
Training and Awareness:
- Organizing training sessions and awareness programs for employees on quality, topics.
- Promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, security compliance, or project management roles within the IT industry.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001/27002 Lead Auditor, or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in IT project delivery, quality management, information security, and NIS2 compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a fast-paced environment.
