In the fall of 2025, we are excited to welcome a group of young professionals to Cepheo. Over a period of two years, you will follow a structured development plan focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and consulting. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer projects and be part of a dynamic young professional network across the company.

 At Cepheo we are on an exciting growth journey, aiming to double in size over the next few years. As a Young Professional, you will be part of this expansion while we equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to launch a successful career in IT consultancy.

What We Offer

As a participant in our Nordic Graduate Program, you will have access to a structured development journey designed to build your expertise and consulting skills. You will be part of a thriving Nordic community and gain hands-on experience through locally based client projects alongside your colleagues.

The program offers a career path within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, supplemented by official Microsoft certifications that will strengthen your professional credentials.

To support your development, you will be assigned a buddy and mentor from day one, ensuring continuous guidance and support. You will also be exposed to real-life business challenges by working on-site with clients and actively contributing to projects. We believe in learning by doing, which is why you will apply your knowledge in real tasks as part of different project teams. Additionally, our Nordic program is executed locally in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, working with local customers.

Beyond professional development, we foster a strong sense of community through social and networking activities, where you will connect with fellow Young Professionals and colleagues in both professional and informal settings. All in all, this program creates a fantastic learning environment for those eager to develop their skills in a collaborative and supportive workplace.

About the Program

Our Nordic Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a successful career within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Through a mix of structured training, self-study, Microsoft certifications, and real-life project experience as a consultant, you will develop strong consulting skills and become an integral part of our team, helping our customers empower digital growth.

You can expect to have hands-on in projects after a structured onboarding in business applications, training in consulting skills, industry training, processes and methodologies as well as taking Microsoft fundamentals certifications.

The Nordic Graduate Program includes:

• Onboarding on-site in Copenhagen with graduates from Denmark, Norway and Sweden

• Cepheo Consulting Skills Training – Develop into the consultant role with training

• Training in business applications - Workshops on business applications and gaining insights into the Microsoft Dynamics platform: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM, Data & Analytics, AI and Power Platform

• Implementation of methodology – Learn best practices in project execution

• Industry Training – Gaining knowledge and insights into our core industries

• Certifications – Self-study in Microsoft fundamentals certifications

• Mentorship & Buddy – Guidance and support

• Implementation projects with customers – Apply your knowledge on-site with our customers, hands on and “learning by doing”

• Career Development – Take ownership of your growth and learning

• Networks – Build a strong professional network across Cepheo’s Nordic community

Who Are You?

We are seeking ambitious talents who are passionate about IT, consulting, and business development.

If you are a recent graduate with a Master's Degree related to Digital Business, Business Intelligence, International Business, Economics, IT business processes or something similar - or if you are looking for a career change - this program is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and start your journey as an IT consultant.

Your attitude and mindset are crucial to our shared success. We are looking for curious, innovative colleagues who are willing to learn. We believe that different backgrounds and experiences enrich our teams.

We expect you to have an analytical mindset and an interest in understanding how companies work and how they can improve their business with the help of digitalization. It is important that you have the drive to exploit your potential and become a skilled business consultant, as your daily work will place great demands on your social skills and your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally. Good communication skills in a Nordic language and English are thus essential.
