Position Overview:
As a Product Owner Process Industry, you will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams. You will take ownership of the product vision and translate it into actionable work for the team. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive product strategy, feature prioritization, and the development of innovative software solutions that meet customer needs and align with company goals. Staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating the latest insights into product development will be a key part of your role. You will also ensure that the product portfolio aligns with business and industry needs and that customer focus is maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presale Activities: Engage in presale activities to support new and existing customer bases, demonstrating the product’s value and aligning it with customer needs.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback and product performance data to guide future development and feature prioritization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, maintain a shared understanding of the product goals, and manage expectations regarding deliverables.
• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Product Testing & Validation: Work with QA to define acceptance criteria and participate in testing to validate that the product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics, KPIs, and data analytics to make informed decisions, drive product improvement, and measure the success of new features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Process/Industry Knowledge: Strong commercial and process knowledge to ensure the product portfolio aligns with business and industry needs.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver the best possible product.
• Experience as a Consultant or Solution Architect (SaaS): Experience in a consultant or architect role, particularly within SaaS solutions, is highly beneficial.
• Adaptability: Thrive on change and continuous improvement to ensure the product stays relevant in the market.
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ Years of Experience: Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, particularly in stakeholder management.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Know-How: Experience and understanding of industry processes and trends.
• Microsoft D365Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or other Microsoft business applications (Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Business Central)
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical/process understanding of development processes.
