We are seeking a motivated and experienced Change and Release Manager to join our dynamic environment.

Role Overview

As the Change and Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both change management and release processes to ensure the seamless delivery of updates, features, and services. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan and manage schedules, and maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management:
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, features, and services.
• Evaluate and manage change requests, assessing their impact on operations, systems, and users.

Setting the structures in the Change governance ( Normal -, standard – and emergency changes)

Responsibility of the DevOps documentation of the change and advisor to customer piers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that changes are communicated effectively and implemented successfully.
• Release Management:
• Enforcement best practices regarding the Release governance and owner the DevOps operations structures
• Plan, manage, and coordinate releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Facilitating the Release note assessments with our experts and customers

• Establish and maintain release schedules, aligning with project timelines and business goals.
• Manage risks and issues related to releases and drive proactive resolutions.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with development, service delivery teams, and customer teams to streamline the change and release processes.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and conduct post-release evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Process Optimization:
• Continuously refine change and release processes, leveraging best practices and automation tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Manager, Release Manager, or in a combined role, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s release flows and change management methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with release automation and CI/CD tools.
• Strong project Governance and project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks is a plus.
