As the Head of Business Central, you will be part of our extended management team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage, inspire, and develop your team.
• Drive leadership initiatives that align with our core values.
• Lead the D365 BC business unit.
• Lead business development efforts within Business Central.
• Focus on securing the business and driving sound organic growth.
• Advance the development of your team and BC technologies.
• Ensure that Cepheo has the necessary competencies and capacity to deliver on current and future commitments.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with customers.
• Manage customer accounts within the BC portfolio.
• Implement effective risk management practices and ensure quality control of services provided.
• Responsible for the BC Team productivity, defined KPIs and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Cepheo organization to establish and continually refine optimized routines and processes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in both people management and customer relations.
• Proven expertise in market entry, presales, delivery, and solutions management for Business Central.
• Documented experience in a similar role within the SMB Business Central market.
• Proficiency with software tools, including Microsoft D365 Business Central, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Office 365.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues in both English and Norwegian, both verbally and in writing.
