We are excited to announce a newly created Bid Manager role within our Team!
This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who will oversee the bid and proposal process, working closely with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful submissions. Key Responsibilities
- Bid Management:
- Support the Sales Professional to lead and manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process
- Work closely with sales, technical teams, finance, legal, and other relevant departments to gather the necessary inputs and approvals for bid submissions to ensure timely and accurate bid delivery.
- Analyze and understand client requirements, ensuring that all submissions meet the criteria and standards set by the client.
- Ensure that proposals are structured, clear, and well-presented, adhering to company branding and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the bid process, ensuring alignment and clarity on responsibilities and deadlines.
- Risk Management:
- Help identify and mitigate potential risks associated with bid proposals, including financial, technical, and legal risks.
- Support and conduct thorough reviews of bid documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Post-Bid Analysis:
- Conduct post-bid reviews and debriefs to gather insights and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine the bid process and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bid management, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful bids and securing contracts in a competitive environment.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with bid management tools and CRM software.
